    Cornmeal, self rising, 1 cup
    *Flour, white, self rising, 1.25 cup
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Mayonnaise, regular, 1 tbsp
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 0.5 cup
    Water, tap, 2-4 tbsp


Mix all ingredients together and pour into a sprayed iron skillet or pan. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, 18-20 minutes.
