    8-9 medium potatoes

    4 tbsp Kraft Light Mayonnaise
    4 tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    2 cups skim milk

    1 tbsp salt
    2 tbsp black pepper


Peel, cut and boil the potatoes in a large pan.

When the potatoes are tender, strain the water off, and pour the potatoes out into a large bowl. Add Smart Balance, Light Mayo, salt and pepper and mash the potatoes until all lumps are gone and the potatoes reach a fine consistency. Add milk slowly until desired creaminess is reached
