    Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
    1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce
    12 oz. mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. pt. skim ricotta
    2 large eggs
    1 10 oz. package of frozen spinach
    1lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast


Makes 10 equal servings.
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. cut chicken into small pieces and sautee in skillet with Italian spices if desired
3. Mix ricotta, eggs, and thawed/drained spinach in a bowl.
4. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarrella, cooked chicken and sauce in an 11x7 or 13x9 baking dish.
5. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
6. Cut into 10 equal servings.

You can substitute for reduced fat cheese if you want it healthier, I just used what I had available.
