    - 1 lb ground turkey, lean
    - 0.5 cup chopped Onions
    - 0.5 cup chopped Green Peppers
    - 0.5 cup canned Green Chili Peppers
    - 0.5 cup canned black beans
    - 1 cup Ortega Enchilada Sauce
    - 1 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)
    - 1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
    - 1.5 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
    - 6 tortillas


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1.) brown the turkey in a skillet, with the onions and bell peppers
2.) add the green chili peppers, black beans, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, and 1/2 cup of water to the mix.
3.) Cut the tortillas in half
4.) put a cup of the mixture into a 11x7 pan, layer with 6 tortilla halves, some of the sour cream, and cheese. Repeat these steps again, topping it off with cheese.
5.) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
