    3.5 cups Spaghetti Meat Sauce
    Approx. 3 cups sliced zucchini
    2 cups shredded mozzarella


Makes 6 servings using a 2.2 quart casserole dish.

Preheat oven to 350. Spread layer of sauce, then zucchini, then cheese. Repeat 2 times, ending with cheese. (3 layers of zucchini total) Cook at 350 for 45 minutes or so, uncovered.
