Superior meatloaf - exactly like one I made years and years ago that I got from the Crisco cookbook. Crisco was used to grease the pans otherwise there was no Crisco in it. It was great and I love that she has adapted it to the slow cooker. Yummy! - 4/7/10

Wow! This will be a nice addition to my crockpot weekdays! I didn't have seasoned bread crumbs but I had a box of stuffing. I gave it a whir in the blender and it made enough crumbs to double the batch. Can't wait until school starts to see how it will fit into the "real" busy time.
