Ingredients

    Butternut Squash, 2 cup, cubes
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup
    Tofu, extra firm, 200 grams
    Milk, 1%, 30 grams
    1/3 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions

Cook and mash the squash, and mix thouroughly with the sugar. Mix the tofu, milk and the egg in a blender until smooth.
Combine both mixtures and add the rest of the ingredients. Bake in a small baking dish at 356 for about an hour.
