    700 gr rice noodles soaked in boiling water 10 minutes--700 gr after soaking
    265 gr ground pork tenderloin, cooked
    1 small chopped onion
    1 tsp sugar
    1 small chopped red bell pepper
    3 Tablespoons lite sodium soy sauce
    .5 cup chicken broth
    1-2 tsp curry paste or powder
    1 tsp chili garlic paste
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar


calculated on 3 big servings.

Soak the rice noodles in boiling water and drain

Sauté the ground pork and onion in some Pam. Add the liquid ingredients, , the sugar mixed together and the curry. Add more garlic is you are brave.

Turn the soaked noodles into the pan and mix carefully, cooking for 10-15 more minutes.

This can be really spicy depending on your ingredients, go light on the spices and add more if you can bear it.

Very spicy, very filling.
