Introduction

Put 1 quart fat free half & half, 6 peaches, 1 TBLSP vanilla, and 1 cup of Whey Low (Low glycemic index sweetener) in blender. Place in ice cream maker for 30 minutes on high (the type that has prechilled mixing containers). Put in freezer overnight. Put 1 quart fat free half & half, 6 peaches, 1 TBLSP vanilla, and 1 cup of Whey Low (Low glycemic index sweetener) in blender. Place in ice cream maker for 30 minutes on high (the type that has prechilled mixing containers). Put in freezer overnight.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Fat free half and half (1 Qt)
    6 peaches
    1 cup Whey Low ( sugar or other sweetener)
    1 Tbsp vanilla extract.

Directions

Makes 20, 1/2 cup servings

Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender. Place in ice cream maker ( the type with prechilled mixing bowls) for 30 minutes, freeze for several hours before eating.
