    Ingredients:

    Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Cooking Spray (Pam) 5 second spray
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Clean & chop potatoes.
Peel oninos & cut into 4 sections
Clean & chop celery
Chop Garlic
Salt & pepper to taste

Place all items in an aluminum pan spray with cooking spray for 5 secounds cover in foil place on BBQ or cook in the oven until potatoes are cooked
