Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 pound ground turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 14 ounce cans crushed tomatoes - no salt
    3 15 ounce cans beans
    2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce - no salt
    4 ounce can green chillies
    1/4 cup chili powder
    1 Tbsp cumin
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Brown, drain, and rinse ground beef and ground turkey. Put all ingredients into stock pot. Simmer uncovered 75 minutes.

Makes 22 cups.
One serving is 2 cups.
