Ingredients

    2 lg potatoes sliced
    2 -3 carrots diced
    1 med. onion, diced
    2 stalks celery diced
    1.5 lbs ground beef
    1 c. tomato soup
    1c. water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put all vegetables i the slow cooker. brown ground beef and add to cooker. Add tomato soup, water and seasonings. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or high for 2 - 4 hours
