This recipe is a pasta salad w/ a kick. It really makes a lot! This recipe is a pasta salad w/ a kick. It really makes a lot!
Number of Servings: 10


    1 box of Barilla Plus Rotini
    1 can Mexi-corn
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 jalapeno, seeded & chopped
    2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
    1 cup Kraft Light Done Right Italian Dressing
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes


Cook pasta according to package. While pasta is cooking, in a large bowl mix dressing, peppers, cilantro and seasonings. Rinse pasta w/ cold water to cool. Add pasta, corn, beans and tomatoes and toss. Chill before serving.
