    .75 cup of cornmeal
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 T. grated cheese


Mix 3/4 cup of cornmeal with .5 c. water. Set aside.
In saucepan, warm 1 t. olive oil on low.
Add 2.75 c. boiling water.
Add cornmeal paste. Stir. Simmer 8 minutes stirring all the while.
Cool in a pie plate.
