    28 oz. Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis (drained)
    11 oz. Mexicorn (drained)
    6-8 Garden Onions, finely chopped
    3 medium tomatoes (seeded and diced)
    Cilantro (optional)


Mix together all ingredients. Let sit for 6-8 hours. Serve with Baked Tortilla chips, on a salad or veggie burger.
