Introduction

I don't remember where I got the recipe but it is a kraft recipe. It was just a tad spicey but very good. I don't remember where I got the recipe but it is a kraft recipe. It was just a tad spicey but very good.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    1 c. onion (you can use red and green peppers if you wish as long as it adds to 1 cup.)
    2 c. Prepared Salsa
    2.75 c. Cheese
    .50 c. Italian Dressing
    20 corn tortillas

Directions

Cook ground beef and onions till beef is cooked through. When ground beef is done, add one cup of salsa and one cup of cheese. Cook for about 2 minutes longer. Heat tortillas till all are warm, while tortillas are warming, add one cup salsa to the bottom of baking dish, coat tortillas with Italian dressing, add two teaspoons of meat mixture to tortilla, roll and then place in dish. When all are rolled and in the dish place the remaining one cup of cheese to the top and cook on 350 degrees for about 10 minutes longer.
