    1 lg fresh egg
    1 tbl parmesan cheese grated
    t tbsp garlic (powder or ganules)
    1 lb 96% lean ground beef
    3/4 cup italian style bread crumbs
    1/4 cup super skim milk


Put all ingredients in bowl and mix together. Form 12 meatballs. Place in glass dish and cook in microwave for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with spagetti sauce or cream of mushroom soup (93% fat free)
