Ingredients

    frozen carrots-1-1/2 cups
    corn -1 cup
    brocolli-1-1/2 cups
    smart balence- 2 tblsp
    garlic- 2 tblsp

Directions

boil noodles untill tender, strain steam frozen veggies untill tender. strain. Add noodles and veggies into pot stir in smart balence and garlic powder. Serve warm
