Number of Servings: 24


    ½ c. canola oil or apple juice concentrate/applesauce
    8 c. rolled oats (any kind)
    ½ c. shredded coconut
    ½ c. chopped or sliced almonds
    ½ c. chopped or sliced walnuts
    ½ c. chopped or sliced pecans (other nuts may be used instead)
    2 Tbsp. Vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    ½ c. honey
    ½ c. wheat bran
    ½ c. oat bran
    ½ c. toasted wheat germ
    ½ c. sesame seeds
    ½ c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. raisins or craisins
    1/2 c. other dried fruit (tropical mix or dates are good)


Combine oil or apple juice/sauce and oats in large bowl. Spread in two 9”x13” pans and bake at 350 about 10 minutes.
Add coconut and sliced almonds (if desired) and bake until coconut is toasted (watch carefully) about another 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.

Store in covered container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Makes about 24 ½ cup servings.
