Introduction

These bran muffins are chockful of fruit, very little bit of sugar, and healthy! These bran muffins are chockful of fruit, very little bit of sugar, and healthy!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2-1/2 c oat bran
    1-1/2 c whole wheat flour
    tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c 1% milk
    2 tb canola oil or margarine
    cinnamon, 2 tsp
    2 c raisins
    2 c bananas
    1 c applesauce

Directions

Mix dry ingredients well and mix wet ingredients separately at first, then mix all together. Spray medium sized muffin tin or mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Add batter and bake medium sized muffins about 30 minutes and mini muffins about 15 minutes in a preheate over at 375 degrees. Yummy!
