    1 lb Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Ham
    15 oz Can Small Whole New Potatoes
    14.5 oz Can Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes
    1 Chili Seasoning Mix Packet (1 oz/ 28.4 g)


Dice Ham to desired size. Cook on medium heat approximately 5 minutes or until heated through. Drain potatoes, dice to similar size, and add to pan. Add Tomatoes and break them down a little in the pan to shorten the cooking time. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add Chili seasoning and simmer another 20 minutes. Add water to desired consistency.

Tip: To cut back on the sodium, remove some of the liquid that cooks out of the ham and potatoes prior to adding the tomatoes. Just remember to add water, otherwise it will be dry.
