Ingredients

    3 cups nonfat dry milk
    3 Tablespoons dried egg white
    1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
    3/4 cup granular splenda or equivalent sweetener of choice
    3 ripe bananas, 1 sliced & chopped
    2 cups ice cold water

Directions

makes 8 1/2 cup servings
place all ingredients except the sliced chopped banana in the food processer until pureed. Freeze in ice cream maker according to the manufacturers directions. Just before frozen add the sliced chopped banana pieces. makes about a quart of creamy ice cream
