Pot roast in only 30 minutes! Pot roast in only 30 minutes!
Number of Servings: 4


    One 17 oz. package refrigerated cooked beef roast au jus or beef pot roast with juices
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp bottled roasted minced garlic
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    2 cups packaged peeled baby carrots, halved lengthwise
    12 oz tiny new potatoes, halved
    1 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges


1.) Remove meat from package, reserving juices. In a medium bowl combine reserved juices, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper. Place meat in a large nonstick skillet. Arrange carrot, potato, and onion around meat. Pour honey mixture over meat and vegetables.

2.) Bring Mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender and meat is heated through.

3.) Transfer meat and vegetables to a serving platter. Spoon sauce over meat and vegetables.
