Ingredients

    2 slices Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Bacon (cooked crisp and cut in half)
    1/2 Whole Wheat Pita
    Chopped tomatoes, spinach and cucumbers
    Kraft Free Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions

Makes one sandwhich

Preheat oven to 350, stick in the half pita and cook just a few moments to get it a little toasted. (you can stick a spoon or toothpick or something like that to hold open the pita so that it will hold its shape- makes easier to stuff)

Cook bacon. While bacon is cooking dice tomatoes, cucumber and spinach to make easier to stuff in pita.

Remove pita from oven and spread VERY VERY thin layer of mayo over pita. Put in bacon slices (4=2 slices) and top with chopped veggies. Drizzle Kraft Free Zesty Italian Dressing over and enjoy!

Makes one sandwhich. Experiment with veggies. Roasted pepers might be nice in it as well as alfalfa sprouts, etc. Be creative!
