Ingredients

    3 large chicken breast
    8 cups chicken broth
    1 16oz bag navy beans
    1cup diced celery
    1cup chopped onions
    1 tablespoon cilantro
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon hot sause

Directions

Cook navy beans as derrected on package, Drain beans. do not rinse. Par boil chicken in large pot. remove chicken and cut into small pieces. Add all ingredients to 8 cups chicken broth. Bring soup to a boil, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
