Ingredients

    4 cups assorted frozen berries
    1 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk**
    1/2 cup lemon yogurt (or any other fruit yogurt)
    1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder

    **extra soy milk may be used if smoothie comes out too thick

Directions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth. Makes 3 servings.
