My mom made this recipe up many, many years ago & it has become a family favorite. My mom made this recipe up many, many years ago & it has become a family favorite.
Number of Servings: 12


    Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.5 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup
    Minced Garlic, 2 tsp
    Sliced Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 8 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp.
    Mancini Sweet Roasted Peppers, 16 oz


In a glass baking dish, spray bottom with olive oil spray.
Layer the sweet roasted peppers until bottom of dish is covered. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, garlic, parmesan cheese, black pepper, and black olives. Continue to layer (like lasagna) until you have used all the peppers. Finish with the toppings.
Sprinkle 1 tsp olive oil over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Raise heat to 425 degrees for last 5 minutes (or place under broiler for last 5 minutes). Makes 12 servings
