    Dry Ingredients:
    2 cups Flour
    1 Tbsp Baking Soda
    1 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
    2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg
    1/4 tsp Ground Cloves

    Wet Indgredients:
    1 cup Brown Sugar
    1 cup Splenda
    1 large egg
    2 egg whites
    1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 cup Olive Oil Margarine
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Extra Ingredients:
    3 cups Oatmeal
    3/4 Cup Raisins
    3/4 Cup Dates


Makes 32 cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Soak the raisins and the dates in warm water while prepping other ingredients for plumper raisins.

Combine the dry ingredients and whisk together and set aside.

Combine wet ingredients and cream together. Stir in the dry ingredients slowly until smooth.

Add the extra ingredients.

Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 min.
