Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    24 oz. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless

    Marinade:

    1/2 cup lime juice
    1 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil
    6 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions

1. Place chicken in a large resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add marinade ingredients; seal bag. Turn bag to coat chicken breasts. Refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.

2. Grill or bake chicken until done.
