Introduction

Ingredients

8 oz light cream cheese
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup (not packed) fresh grated parmasean cheese
1 tbsp fresh grated romano cheese
1 tbsp (rounded) finely chopped sweet red pepper
1 finely chopped green onion
1/2 package frozen chopped spinich, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup grated medium cheddar cheese, low fat
pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
Makes one dish, that should be divided into at least 6 servings
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Mix first 4 ingredients with hand mixer on medium until softenend and well combined
3. add the next 2 ingredients until just incroporated
4. add spinich (mix on low) until just incorporated
5. transfer mixture to a small oven proof dish and sprinkle on cayenne pepper and cheddar cheese
6. bake for 15-18 minutes or until bubbling around the edges
7. Remove fromt he oven and let stand for 5-7 minutes
Serve with baked or fried pita wedges, and nachos
