Number of Servings: 4


    1 can(14 ounce) artichoke hearts in water drained and chopped
    1/2 cup pitted ripe olives,sliced
    1/2 cup grated Reduced fat parmesan cheese
    1 tsp lemon zest, finely chopped
    1/3 cup of mayonnaise
    1 garlic clove
    1 package of pizza dough (13.8)
    2 plum tomatoes,thinly sliced
    1 tsp.basil
    2 tsp oregano
    1 tsp black pepper


pre-heat oven to 425
drain and chop artichokes , slice olives,zest lemon

In a medium bowl add artichokes,olives .lemon zest,pressed garlic ,1/4 of the cheese,and mayonnaise mix well.

roll out pizza dough on pan then evenly spread mixture over dough.

arrange thinly sliced tomatoes on top of mixture then sprinkle oregano,basil, black pepper and remaining grated cheese on top.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown
serves 6
