Ingredients

    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    *Walnut Oil, 2 tbsp
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .25 cup
    Quinoa Bobs Red Mill .25 dry 1C cooked, 4 serving
    Green Beans (snap), 3 cup

Directions

Toast Quinoa for 4 min in a medium saucepan. After its toasted cook according to package directions.
Blanch Green beans, and rinse in cold water. Drain.
Combine quinoa and beans. Blend oil and lemon juice. Add to quinoa and beans. fold in sunflower seeds. Serve at room temperature.
