    12 oz. whole wheat Fettuccini noodles
    19.2 oz Extra Lean Ground White Turkey
    14.5 oz can Crushed Fire Roasted Tomatoes
    8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 large onion chopped
    5 garlic cloves chopped
    1 cup beef broth
    2 TBS Hot Sauce
    4 TBS Worchestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste


Cook noodles accourding to package directions.

In a large skillet brown the meat until done. Add onions and garlic, cook until translucent. Add Worchestershire sauce, hot sauce and beef broth. Bring to boil then lower to medium. Add tomatoes. Simmer over low heat 15 minutes. Add noodles, stir to combine.

Serve topped with crumbled bacon, green onions and cheddar cheese (not included in nutritional information)

Makes appr. 2148g. 8 servings of appr. 269g each.
