Ingredients

Starkist chunk light Tuna in water drained well(2 oz), 4 serving
Red Bell Pepper, 1/2 cup chopped
Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 4 leaf outer
Scallions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
Garlic, 1 clove minced
Celery, raw, 1/4 cup, diced
Pickled Jalapeno Peppers, 1tsp, chopped
*Kraft Real Mayo, 4 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds, with salt, 1/4 cup, hulled
Directions
Drain tuna. Then in a bowl add tuna, red bell pepper, scallions, garlic, celery, jalapenos and mayo. Mix thoroughly. Place one lettuce leaf on each plate (4 plates). Dip up about a cup of the tuna mixture and place it in the center of the lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds to give it a crunch. Enjoy. Makes 4 servings
