    1 C fresh or frozen raspberries
    3/4 C hoisin sauce
    5 Tbsp rice vinegar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs


Place raspberries,hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger in a blender and blend until smooth. Place chicken thighs in a freezer bag and pour marinade over chicken. Let sit in fridge for 2-24 hours.

Heat grill. Cook chicken on grill 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Great served with brown rice with chopped scallions and 2 Tbsp rice vinegar drizzled on top of the rice.
