    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 0.5 large chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp
    Besan, 0.5 cup
    Cumin-Coriander powder, 0.5 tsp
    Garam Masala, 0.5 tsp
    Salt and a pinch of sugar
    Lemon juice, 1 tsp
    Red Chilli powder, to taste


0.5 cup = 1 serving size

Heat oil and add mustard and cumin seeds. When they start spluttering add hing and chopped onions.

When the onions have fried for a little while add chopped bell pepper, salt and sugar to taste. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin and corinder powders and a pinch of garam masala and cook until all the water has evaporated.

Lower the heat and add 0.5 cup besan. Mix in besan and cover and cook until the besan is cooked.

Towards the end add a dash of lemon juice and mix well. Turn off heat and garnish with cilantro.
