I was hunting for a high protein sweet treat recipe when I came up with this recipe. And don't worry. The egg whites completely incorporate themselves. Ingredients

2 hard-boiled egg whites
1/2 cup of Vanilla Yogurt
1 packet Splenda
1 cap full of Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
6 large frozen Strawberries
1/4 Skim Milk (optional)
Directions
Serving Size: 1
In a food processor: Add hard-boiled egg whites pulse until finely processed.
Add yogurt and pulse a few times to combine egg whites and yogurt evenly.
Next add the Splenda and vanilla extract, pulse to combine
Make sure the processor is not running and add the entire 1/2 cup of Blueberries. Let the processor run for a minute or two to sufficiently pulverize the berries. Then add the Strawberries again letting the processor run for a minute or two.
And you're sweet treat is done! Add milk if you want a smoothie.
