My variation of mac salad, goes good with hot dogs, hamburgers, or any meal. My variation of mac salad, goes good with hot dogs, hamburgers, or any meal.
Number of Servings: 8


    *Macaroni, enriched, 2 cup elbow shaped Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Pickle Relish, 0.5 cup
    Cucumber (peeled), 0.5 cup, pared, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 4 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
    Celery Seed, salt, and pepper to taste.


Cook macaroni until aldente and strain. Add cucumber, onion, pickle relish and tomatoes to pasta. In another small bowl add mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and mix together (adjust according to your taste) and poor over salad and toss. Sprinkle celery seed, salt, and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
