Introduction
I like the recipe because I change it depending on what nuts or dried fruit I have on hand. I have decreased the sweetness over time by reducing the brown sugar for my families taste but originally I started with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Ingredients

Almonds, 1 cup, whole I cut mine some
Oats, 2 cup
Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, Kretschmer Wheat Germ, .5 cup
Honey, .5 cup
Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Salt, .5 tsp
7-Fruit Blend, 1/2 cup
Directions
I toast the almonds, oats, Sunflower seeds and wheat germ for about 15-20 min in the oven on 300
I use some of the butter to butter an 8 by 8 pan
then combine butter honey sugar salt and extract on medium heat until everything combines.
Then mix the oat combination with the honey combination and add the fruit blend cook for about 20-25 min at 300.
let cool then cut into 14 even squares.
