    1 box Jell-o sugar free fat free instant pudding cheesecake flavor

    2 cups skim milk

    2 tablespoons peter pan reduced fat creamy peanut butter

    makes two servings


I use my "magic bullet" blender to make this treat.
Pour two cups skim milk in to the blender cup
Add the package of jello pudding to the blender cup
Add two tablespoons of peanut butter to the blender cup

Blend until blended about a minute

Divide into 2 1 cup servings

I drink this as it come cout thick like a milkshake very tasty and the protein keeps you full.
