Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
    3 T cornstarch
    juice of one lemon
    1" chunk of ginger, sliced
    2 T soy sauce
    2 T plum sauce
    2 T hoisin sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients and marinate for 1 hour. Bake at 350 for one hour.
