Introduction
I use these in my frozen lunches. They're good right away too! I use these in my frozen lunches. They're good right away too!Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
-
6 potatoes, peeled
1 cup 1% milk
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
Directions
Cube potatoes and add to a pot of boiling water. Cook until fork tender (about 20 minutes). Drain as much water from the pot as you can without turning potatoes out into a strainer. With a potato masher, mash potatoes into pieces about the size of grains of rice. Using a garlic press (or chopping very finely if no press is available), press garlic directly into potatoes. Stir to incorporate garlic into hot potatoes. Let sit about two minutes to let garlic cook.
Add milk and adjust amount accordingly to suit your taste. Add salt, pepper and spray to taste.
