When you want a cool snack with a taste that really pops, this will do it for you. It's simple yet satisfying. Sometimes when dieting, it's all about the spices! Ingredients

    One medium cucumber
    Lemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt.

Directions

Rinse and peel cucumber, or if unwaxed you can leave the peel on it if you like.
Cut in approx 1/4 inch rounds and arrange in single layer on plate.
Sprinkle roounds lightly with lemon & pepper seasoning salt (doesn't take much cause it has alot of flavor).
Snack away and enjoy!
