Ingredients

    4 oz. Activia Light, Vanilla
    8 oz. Water
    1 Scoop Jay Robb's Whey Protien, Vanilla
    1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
    1 Tbsp. Flaxseed

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender mix and drink up!

TIP: You can substitute the Strawberries with any favorite frozen fruit.

  • Great smoothie recipe...?how do you define a scoop? Tbsps, spoon or 1/4 cup? - 8/30/08

    Thanks! I use the scoop that comes with my jar of Protein powder. That's what the Nutritional facts are based on. It only says 1 scoop (30g), so I measured it out and it came to 4 1/2 Tbsps. Hope that helps!
