Ingredients

    1 lb. lean beef steak (fat removed) and cubed
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (4 oz) cans mushroom pieces and stems, undrained
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat-free
    2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    3 cups water
    3 Tbsp light sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    1/8 cup flour

Directions

Combine all ingredients except sour cream, milk and flour in slow-cooker. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or until meat is done and tender.

Stir together milk and sour cream. Add flour and mix til smooth. Stir into crock pot and cook on high another 30-40 minutes until sauce is thickened.

Serve over cooked hot egg noodles or rice, if desired.
