    1 pound flank steak (or round steak), cut into 1/2" slices
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 Tbsp honey
    2 Tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
    1/2 Tbsp ginger
    2 cloves garlic, pressed


In a blender or food processor, puree peanut butter, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic; pour into large ziploc bag. Add beef slices and swoosh around to coat. Seal bag and refridgerate for at least 12 hours or overnight. Preheat indoor or outdoor grill or oven broiler. Grill/broil meat slices for about 4 minutes per side, or until meat reaches desired level of doneness. (prep time doesn't include the marinade time)
