Ingredients

    6 medium peaches - sliced
    3/4 cup flour (white and wheat)
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
    1 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmet (optional)
    1/3 cup melted margarine

Directions

Place sliced peaches in bottom of greased 9X9 pan. Mix flour, sugar, oatmeal, baking powder, salt, and egg. This is crumbly. Spread evenly over fruit. Sprinkle with spices. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake 30 - 40 minutes at 375.

Cut into 9 squares.
