Ingredients

    1 cup barley flour or oat flour
    1 1/2 cups oat flakes
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup brown rice syrup
    1 tsp almond extract
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup almond butter
    1 cup raisins, reconstituted and pureed

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, oat flakes, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add the flour mixture to the oil mixture and combine thoroughly. Onto a nonstick baking sheet, drop the dough in 2-tablespoon-sized balls and bake for 10 minutes.
