    3 chicken breasts cut into strips
    1 servings Kellogg's All-Bran Garlic & Herb crackers
    2/3 C Krusteaz FF Buttermilk pancake mix
    1/3 C Parmesan cheese
    1/4 C FF milk
    4 egg whites


Preheat oven to 425. Cut chicken breasts into strips (or cubes for nuggets). Mix egg whites and milk in bowl, place chicken in egg mixture. In food processor, grind crackers, then add pancake mix and parmesan and mix thoroughly. Roll egg-coated chicken into cracker mixture, then place in glass baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes approx 6 servings.
