Ingredients

    3-4 lb. beef roast
    1 package dry italian dressing mix
    12 oz can of beer

Directions

Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle with dry italian dressing mix. Pour beer over roast.

Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours, or High 3-4 hours

When beef is done, shred and serve with juice on crusty rolls.
